BLogPoll-MLB Rankings September

Its's the home stretch and teams are either pushing for the playoffs or easing off the throttle to look at  younger players. As we march towards October, here is a look at our bloggers view of all 30 teams.  Before we look at the rankings here are some things that stood out.

- The AL seems to be a heavy favorite to win it all with 3 of the top teams and 4 of the top 5.

- The lowly Pirates remain in last place and for the first time all year received all last place votes.

- In a year of surprises teams like the Reds, Rangers, Padres, and Braves are in the top ten and looking to continue surpising in the post season.

- The AL is a league of the have and have nots. Although they dominate the top 5, four out of the bottom five are AL teams.
