2009 BlogPoll NBA Power Rankings: Edition 2 (11/13/09)
Through out the year, we'll ask our esteemed Bloguin Basketball blogs to vote on the NBA from top to bottom. After two weeks into the NBA season, we've got some games in the books. Here is what the Bloguin NBA Bloggers had to say...
- The Lakers were dethroned after only one edition of the rankings. Surprised?
- The Dallas Mavericks were the only team that did not change positions.
- The Phoenix Suns and Miami Heat were the highest gainers, both jumping up 11 spots in the rankings.
- The New Orleans Hornets were the big losers, dropping down 10 spots to #21.
- Once again, there is no clear consensus to the middle of the pack (#'s 14-19.)
- Three different teams received a first place vote (Phoenix in the house!), while three different teams also received a last place vote.
- The Timberwolves should be ranked #31. They are that bad.
