Through out the year, we'll ask our esteemed Bloguin Basketball blogs to vote on the NBA from top to bottom. There's about a quarter of the NBA season remaining, and teams are starting to make their pushes for playoff positioning. Who's in and who's out? Here is what the Bloguin NBA Bloggers had to say...

- For the first time this season, the top three positions did not move. The Cavs remain Top Dog.

- The only teams to not move a position were the top three teams, the Bucks... and the Nets.

- Again, everyone voted the Nets dead last, as evidenced by their Average Ranking of 30.00. They need to stop winning, the worst season EVER is within sight!

- The biggest gainers were the Thunder and the Sixers (what?), each moving up 5 spots.

- After being the biggest gainer last edition, the Memphis Grizzlies settled into the much more comfortable position of the biggest loser, dropping down 8 spots to #19

- Somehow the Bobcats (#14) are six spots higher than the Bucks (#20), despite the fact that the Bucks are currently in the playoffs in the East, while the Bobcats are not. #mindboggling

- Charlotte is somehow also ahead of the seventh seed in the East, the Miami Heat (#16). And... the sixth seed (Chicago #17).

- The TWolves moved up one spot to #28. S l o w and steady wins the race!
