BlogPoll NFL Power Rankings- Week 5
The Bloguin network has ranked the NFL from top to bottom once again after this past week's action
Below are some things that really stood out:
- The Bengals and Broncos both made huge jumps with wins against top ten ranked teams. Crazy to look back after week one (when they played each other), both teams were ranked 25th and below and have not lost since.
- A huge weekend for the NFC looms with 5 out of the top 6 NFC teams playing another team ranked in the top 11 (Giants vs Saints, Vikings vs Ravens, Falcons vs. Bears)
- The Niners and the Jets have both fallen out of the top ten after surprising starts pushed them in. Will they hit their stride again or continue to lurk in the middle of the pack?
- Only 1 voter did not vote the Rams last place. Last place has never been this defined before.
- All four of the top four teams received first place votes. With the Giants playing the Saints, look for that to change this week.
- There are two ties in this weeks rankings. The Bears and Steelers tied for 11th, although the Bears beat the Steelers earlier this season. At the back of the pack, the Raiders and Bucs tied for 30th.
- Despite having one win, the Raiders and the Browns still find themselves ranked below teams without a win in the Titans and Chiefs
