BlogPoll NFL Power Rankings Week 8
After another crazy week, we've once again polled our esteemed NFL blogs to get a balanced view of how the NFL teams stack up.
Here are some things that stood out
- A bit of a shakeup at the top and the bottom. Going into week 8, there were 3 teams with no losses and 3 teams with no wins. There are now only 2 teams that are undefeated while the Buccaneers are now the only team without a win.
- Despite having a better record than the Patriots and Steelers, the Broncos find themselves ranked behind those teams and outside the top 5.
- Division races are heating up in the AFC North and the NFC East with each division having 3 teams in the top 12 and within a game of each other in the standings.
- 4 NFC teams find themselves stuck together at 10-13 and are most likely all fighting for the same 1-2 playoff spots.
- Out of the 6 teams with byes this upcoming week , four of them are ranked in the bottom 9 teams in the power rankings.
- Of the 7 teams ranked 4-10.... six of them play each otehr this week, with the Patriots also playing an interesting game against the Dolphins.
