NHL Power Rankings- November 20
Through out the year, we'll ask our esteemed Bloguin hockey blogs to vote on the NHL from top to bottom. At about the quarter point of the season, we thought it would be good to see what our colleagues thought. Things that stand out include:
- This power rankings had less volatility than the last one. Only 3 teams moves more than 5 spots with the Devils rising 6 spots and the Rangers and Canucks dropping 6.
- 24 of the 30 teams only had a streak of one win or loss.
- The Islanders have seven ties, more than double than the rest of their division.
- The entire Atlantic division is ranked in the top 16 and none of the teams have a losing record.
- Despite having not lost at home, Tampa Bay only notches a ranking of 18th. Carolina is the only team without a win on the road and logs a rankings of 29.
