Cadarian Raines and the dunk that shouldn't have happened

Almost everyone in the world is either watching Kentucky/Mississippi State or North Carolina/North Carolina State, but there's a heck of a game going on in Blacksburg, Virginia.

Late in the first half Virginia's Joe Harris was denied a timeout as he was falling out of bounds. The ref ruled that he should not be awarded that timeout due to the new rule that states a timeout won't be awarded in certain out-of-bounds situations. But the ref was wrong. The new rule applies to players who are airborne, not players who are standing on the court and falling. Oops.

Virginia Tech, meanwhile, got a possession that they never should have and Joe Harris got put on a poster that he won't want to buy.
