Run the Floor preseason top-25: No’s 16-20

20. Miami (FL): Reggie Johnson is back, and healthy, which gives the Canes the best 4-5 combo in the conference. Having a healthy Johnson not only means they have a dominant rebounder, but it frees Kenny Kadji to be more disruptive setting screens on the perimeter. He can kill teams from there, popping or rolling.

19. Cincinnati: Hey! An actual Big East team, or rather, one that hasn't jumped ship to the ACC. Sean Kilpatrick has Big East Player of the Year potential, and Cincy's loaded perimeter will just need some defensive help to keep teams off the rim. If they get that, they could finish with better than a 4 or 5 seed to the dance.

18. Baylor: Scott Drew might be doing the strongest recruiting work outside of Lexington. Unfortunately, his teams have yet to put it all together on the court. This looks like more of the same – exceptionally talented but until Drew shows he has the chops to guide an elite team, people have every right to be hesitant.

17. Memphis: See Baylor (well, not really). The Tigers, along with Wisconsin, were the tempo free darlings of last season, and then they crapped out in the opener against St. Louis. Josh Pastner had them dialed in defensively last year, and with anything close to that level of play, Memphis will once again be a threat in March (this time for real?).

16. Arizona: Sean Miller lost of lot of talent. Sean Miller found a lot of talent. How will that talent measure out on a balance beam? This team needs to find more consistent scoring (less than a point per possession in three of their final four games) but they certainly have the players to do so.
