UMass goes for the season sweep of the Bonnies. The Minutemen pulled off a 73-68 win January 11. Raphiael Putney had 17-8-4 assists and Cady Lalanne had 16 for UMass in the win. UMass made 24 of 32 from the line. Charlon Kloof had 15 for the Bonnies, who shot 50% from the field in the loss.

The Tigers have demolished the opposition in their last 3 outings, winning by 23, 23 and 22. UCF has lost 4 in a row, all by double figures. They've lost by double figures in every one of their losses this season. And their court is ugly.
7 pm – Penn State at (24) Ohio State – Big 10 Network
Ohio State -12
Ohio State broke their four game skid with a win over Illinois on Thursday night. They look to put together a winning streak against Penn State, who is 1-6 in the Big 10. Ohio State looks to get back to .500 in the league. Penn State is coming off their first conference win of the year, also last Thursday.

The 14-6, 4-1 Spiders look to hang loss one on the 18-2, 5-0 Billikens. Richmond has won 4 in a row in A-10 play behind the duo of Cedrick Lindsay, 18 points, and Kendall Anthony, 16.6 points. St. Louis has a dynamic duo of their own with Jordair Jett, 17.2 points, 5 assists, and Dwayne Evans, 15.4 points, 6.6 rebounds.
9 pm – (1) Arizona at Stanford – ESPN2
Arizona -5.5
The top ranked team in the nation puts that 20-0, 7-0 record on the line at Maples Pavilion against 4-3 Stanford. Stanford has gone 4-1 in the league after starting 0-2 behind the hot shooting of Chasson Randle, 19.7 points per game. The Wildcats have a balanced attack with all starters averaging 8 points per game, led by Nick Johnson with 18. Aaron Gordon averages 11.9 points and 8.1 rebounds.
9 pm – (2) Syracuse at Wake Forest – ESPN Full Court (ESPN3)

The lone undefeated team in the ACC goes to 4-3 Wake Forest for what could be a tough contest, although Syracuse has won all 3 conference road games by double figures. After getting bombarded to open conference play, Wake has won 3 of 4. They are 3-0 in conference home games behind the play of Codi Miller-McIntyre's 11.7 points and 4 assists and Devin Thomas' 11.4 points on 64.8% shooting. Syracuse is led by 4 steady scorers, headlined by CJ Fair with 15.3 points, Tyler Ennis with 12.5 and Jerami Grant with 11.8.
9 pm – (16) Iowa State at (6) Kansas – ESPNU

The Cyclones have been up and down at 3-3 in Big 12 play while Kansas once again sits on top of the league undefeated at 6-0. Iowa State suffered a 3 game losing streak that was snapped on Saturday when they won at home against Kansas State. Kansas went on the road and hammed TCU. Kansas is looking to sweep the season series. They won the first meeting 77-70 behind Nadir Thorpe going off for 23-6-6 on 7-9 shooting. Andrew Wiggins had 17 points and 19 rebounds, while Joel Embiid had 16 points, 9 rebounds and 5 blocks. DeAndre Kane had 21 for the Cyclones and Melvin Ejim had 15 points but on 5-15 shooting.
9 pm – Northwestern at (14) Wisconsin – Big 10 Network
Wisconsin -17
Wisconsin snapped their 3 game conference losing streak over the weekend with a thumping of Purdue. After sweeping the state of Indiana, Northwestern was ripped by Iowa Saturday. These teams met to open conference play. Wisconsin hammered Northwestern 40-14 in the first half in a 76-49 victory. Nigel Hayes had 19 points off the bench for Wisconsin, while Sam Dekker added 15-8-4. Wisconsin shot 52.2% from the field. Northwestern shot 34.5%. That was buoyed by Alex Olah going 10 of 14 overall for 23 points.

Arizona State at California – ESPNU – Cal sits at 5-2 in the Pac 12, two games behind Arizona. The Sun Devils are nipping at their heels at 4-3. A win for either squad would be huge for their tournament chances. Arizona State is led by Jahii Carson and his 16.5 points, 4 rebounds and 2.8 assists. Cal is powered by Justin Cobb's 17.3 points, 6.4 assists and 3.4 rebounds.
Gonzaga at Santa Clara – Root Sports – Zaga is 8-1 atop the WCC. They have a 74-60 victory over Santa Clara back in late December. David Stockton scored 21, while Kevin Pangos had 17. Brandon Clark had 22 for Santa Clara.
