The Cleveland Indians have attendance issues

Written by Joe Lucia on .

The Indians game with the A's on Thursday started at 12:05 PM. Zack Meisel of MLB.com took this picture and posted it on Twitter at 12:02, just three minutes before first pitched. He said he counted 1,555 fans in the crowd.

I mean...wow. That's bad. The Indians are just 11-34 since the All-Star Break, and haven't drawn a crowd of more than 15,000 in this series against the A's. It's real sad to see a once proud baseball town reduced to this. That 455 game sellout streak seems like a lifetime ago, right?
