VIDEO: Giants left fielder Justin Christian makes a tumbling, diving catch
This is new Giants left fielder Justin Christian, called up last week when Melky Cabrera was suspended for the rest of the season. Juan Rivera hit this slicing line drive down the left field line in the bottom of the seventh, and Christian made this nice diving catch, complete with a nice tumble.
Considering that the game was 8-1 at the time, I really can't put this on the same level of the Angel Pagan or Gregor Blanco catches this season. Sorry, Justin. But hey, at least the Giants have a few outfielders that are good at making highlight reel plays.
