VIDEO: Vin Scully reads tweets, is amazing
During last night's Dodgers-Diamondbacks game, legendary Dodgers play by play announcer Vin Scully read a tweet from new Dodgers outfielder Shane Victorino. Of course, Scully probably has no idea what Twitter is, and his interpretation of the social media service was hilarious.
First, he called the tweet "a Twitter"...twice. Then, before reading the tweet, Scully called it "a twit", leading to him saying "the twit read..." when talking about the newest Dodger's words. High comedy. You've gotta love Vin Scully.
