Notes from Will:

Biggest Fallers: the Falcons (-10) and Rams (-7). Both these teams have faced a severe reality check between their preseason expectations and their on-field performance.

Biggest Risers: the Bills (+9). This team is showing a willingness and ability to play with anyone. While they have flaws, they are making more of their strengths than opponents can make of their weaknesses.
