Tim Tebow is a player who is almost universally respected. Sure, many of us may not think he's a great player, but as a person, there are few men to ever enter the NFL with more respect from players, coaches and fans alike. In short, he's a great human being.
Still, some of the things he does do raise eyebrows, specifically tweeting about the odd coincidence that he's playing in the 666th Monday Night Football game.
Looking forward to giving God all the glory in tonight's 666th Monday Night Football game. Romans 8:37-39

For those of you that may not be aware, the number "666" is the devil's number in the Christian faith. Also for those of you that may be curious, Romans 8:37-39 says, "37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
The whole issue really isn't something to get overly worked up about. This is still just another Monday Nigh Football game, but it's a fun coincidence. The only way to make it more interesting is to see Tim Tebow play the best game of his career. We can dream, can't we?
