The NFL draft recommences tonight at 6:30 p.m. ET at Radio City Music Hall. Entering Round 2, here are my top five players that haven't been selected:
1. Johnathan Cyprien (S, Florida International): I was surprised to see Matt Elam go ahead of Cyprien, who might be the best play-making safety in this draft. I actually think he's right there with Eric Reid, who was selected 18th by San Francisco. But because of needs, he might drop into he 40s now.
2. Tank Carradine (DE, Florida State): So much for his draft stock climbing. Teams must still be unsure about Carradine's knee. No way a guy with that much talent keeps sliding much further.
3. Jamar Taylor (CB, Boise State): He looks like he has the full package, which is why it was surprising to see Desmond Trufant go first. He could go to the Lions early in Round 2.
4. Manti Te'o (LB, Notre Dame): His stock's been everywhere. I wouldn't be surprised if he kept dropping for a bit.
5. Geno Smith (QB, West Virginia): Only one quarterback was selected in Round 1, and it wasn't Smith, even though he was the highest-rated quarterback on most boards. I'd be shocked if he made it past Philadelphia with the third pick in Round 2.
