With the 2013 NFL Scouting Combine in the books, here's how we view the top 10 picks going down in April's draft. Expect a lot to change, but it's fun to speculate anyway.
1. Kansas City Chiefs: Geno Smith (QB, West Virginia) — This changes if the Chiefs land Alex Smith but that hasn't been confirmed yet. Smith's stock grew in Indy and he's clearly the top signal caller in the draft.
2. Jacksonville Jaguars: Barkevious Mingo (DE/OLB, LSU) — With Smith gone the Jags address their weak pass rush. Sharrif Floyd makes sense, too, but Mingo would work as their new "Leo" edge rusher.
3. Oakland Raiders: Sharrif Floyd (DT, Oregon) — They have so many needs, so they'll go with the best player available. Dee Milliner would be a nice pick here, too.
4. Philadelphia Eagles: Dee Milliner (CB, Alabama) — He proved at the Combine that he's the best defensive back in this draft. The Eagles can't go wrong with Floyd, either.
5. Detroit Lions: Ezekiel Ansah (DE, BYU) — Seems like a stretch right now but Ansah's stock is rising and the Lions need a talented pass rusher like him.
6. Cleveland Browns: Chance Warmack (G, Alabama) — A no-brainer. They'll suddenly have one of the best young offensive lines in football.
7. Arizona Cardinals: Eric Fisher (OT, Central Michigan) — It's really a toss-up here between Fisher and Luke Joeckel, although few expect both to last this long.
8. Buffalo Bills: Bjoern Werner (DE, LSU) — A safer pick than going with a wide receiver. Wouldn't be surprised to see them take Joeckel either. He's the best player available by a wide margin.
9. New York Jets: Dion Jordan (OLB, Oregon) — Jordan just doesn't seem to fit with anyone after the Eagles pass. The Jets get very lucky, landing a stud.
10. Tennessee Titans: Tank Carradine (DE, FSU) — The Titans have so many holes that they remain a mystery. Carradine is our favorite player remaining here.
