Shad Khan on Fulham: "I do not view myself so much as the owner of Fulham, but a custodian of the club on behalf of its fans."— Ryan O'Halloran (@ryanohalloran) July 12, 2013
"I do not view myself so much as the owner of Fulham, but a custodian of the club on behalf of its fans," Khan said in a statement, via Ryan O’Halloran. "Fulham is the perfect club at the perfect time for me."
With the move, Khan will not only own a soccer club, but he'll own a marketing platform for the Jaguars as well. In addition, based on Khan's comments, he'll remain more involved in running the Jaguars than he will be in running Fulham FC.
