Every now and then, I like to re-evaluate the most dysfunctional teams the NFL has to offer. As we near the halfway point of the NFL season, this seems as good a time as any to once again take a look at the worst functioning teams in the league.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Embattled head coach Greg Schiano is leading a squad of little-talent players that have no fight left in them. Even worse, Schiano himself has been accused of leaking confidential information about former starting quarterback Josh Freeman. Throw on a number of character concerns and we have our most dysfunctional team of the season.
The good news, at least for fans of the Buccaneers, is that help is on the way. After the Bucs hit the reset button at the end of the season, the team can begin moving on from the embarrassing Greg Schiano era.
The Texans are a strange team. After getting out of the gate early with two wins, the Texans have lost five straight games, turning a promising season into an utter debacle.
The odd part is how much talent the team has. Matt Schaub was once a solid quarterback, and the offense still has plenty of weapons, but this year, the Texans have simply imploded in all aspects of the game. Like his counterpart in Tampa Bay, Texans head coach Gary Kubiak may not be keeping his job much longer.
St. Louis Rams
At 3-4, the Rams’ record is far better than their team. Unlike other equally terrible teams, there doesn’t seem to be an exit strategy in place, and without a top draft pick, the Rams may be forced to continue the flailing Sam Bradford era next season when he’s able to return to the field from a torn ACL.
Even worse, there have been rumors that Tim Tebow is on the Rams’ radar. Now, there are a lot of ways to win in the NFL, but Tim Tebow won’t give the Rams a legitimate opportunity to win games. Fortunately, the Rams are likely going to pass on Tebow.

what are you talking about baseball for no one gives a rats ass about baseball. I am not a Texans fan but the Texans have some legitimate good players if you dont agree check the pro bowl. Johnson is still a good receiver, Foster is also a good running back and lets not forget JJ Watt and a pretty good linebacker corp. I think any team in the NFL would love to have any one of those players.
thats because the kotexans are predictable. hands down. not to mention they come from choke city. houston doesnt know how to get real players. they get leftovers no one wants. their crappy baseball team wont even be able to get anyone to go to their team. who would want to spend years there with no chance for a world series? the kotexans are done. their fans are the worst
@iamGGrylls Leftovers no one wants??? REALLY NOW. That's pretty damn laughable. And I'm with StephenBarras about checking the pro bowl rosters, except I am a Texans fan. Your baseball argument has no validity on a football page. Go away now.
