While using their best 'Merica voice, the Jacksonville Jaguars are pulling out all the stops to entice fans to buy tickets to the Jaguars, Colts matchup this Sunday.
The deal is simple, show up, buy some tickets for Sunday's game, and enjoy drinks on the Jaguars' tab during the game.
Once again, 'Merica.
Now, the Jaguars are likely going to take some criticism from analysts, journalists, and bloggers for bribing fans with beer, but frankly, that'll just be out of pure, unadulterated jealousy. I love the idea of tapping a keg for the cause of getting fans in the gate. Hey, it's a small price to pay.
The event, which starts at 9 AM, is a simple deal. If you buy tickets at the three hour event, you'll drink on the house during the game. In the team's tweet, it wasn't immediately clear if there was a limit on exactly how much free beer one could enjoy, but hey, considering the price of in-stadium drinks, any amount is a great deal, and it takes away one more excuse from fans. Now, no one can claim they stayed home to enjoy cheap drinks.
